All sales are final and do not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. However, we may consider a one-time courtesy cancellation and partial refund only:
- If you have placed a duplicate order for the same exact item. A one-time cancellation and a 80% partial refund only for one (1) duplicate order may be considered, and the initial and additional orders will be processed.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via the contact form within one (1) hour of the order being placed, with the subject line ‘Order Cancellation’. Any cancellation request(s) made outside of the one (1) hour window will not be considered or approved.
A cancellation request does not automatically grant a cancellation or refund. We reserve the right to decide if the requests are accepted.
All purchases are final and are not available for refund, exchange, or refund. The refunds are dependent on the approval of the cancellation request. All requests for cancellation must be sent within one (1) hour of the order with the subject line ‘Order Cancellation’ via the contact form. Any cancellations made beyond the one (1) hour window will not be considered or approved.
Refunds do not include the shipping and handling expenses indicated on the invoice. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and this fee will not be included in any approved refunds.
Please be aware that orders already shipped or delivered will not be taken into account for cancellation, exchange, return, or refund. Therefore, we will not issue cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds if your order is lost, missing, stolen, broken during transit, or if you are unhappy with the product.
Partial refunds amount to 80% of the total value of the order.
A 20% cancellation fee will be assessed for all accepted cancellations.
Under no conditions will REDSCENT tolerate fraud. If our system shows a fraudulent transaction activity, you will be asked to use a different form of payment.

We invite you to contact us with questions you might have. We will try to respond within 48-72 hours after we have received your e-mail. During high-volume times, however, it may take up to 7-10 business days to respond.
