We try to describe and showcase the service and products as precisely as possible. While we try to explain the service and products as clearly as possible, please do not accept that the site is completely accurate, up-to-date, or error-free. We can correct errors in pricing and descriptions from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order which includes an incorrect price listing, or any order that causes a fraud warning in our system.

Processing Orders

Shipping and handling (S&H) time is not the same as the order processing time. The time it takes for us to receive, process, and package your order is known as the processing time. There are many variables that may prolong the processing time of the order as illustrated in the section below. Shipping is the actual transport between locations, and the handling of the package outside of the location.

Once an order has been placed, there is a given period of time necessary to fulfill that order. Order processing will begin three (3) hours after the order has been received. This gives all Clients the opportunity to request cancellation by following the cancellation measures listed in the cancellation section. While the average processing time for each order is 48-72 hours, during peak order periods, the average processing time can range from 10-14 days.

If we are out of stock during the packaging of your order, it will take 2-6 weeks for us to restock depending on the product(s) you ordered.

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.

Shipping Orders

Please check your shipping address for accuracy at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by you, the Client. Orders are shipped on weekdays. We do not ship on the weekends or on holidays. We strive to ship orders 1-3 business days after the order is processed. is not liable for any applicable taxes and fees on your order. All costs levied before, during, or after shipping are the responsibility of the Client and are payable by the Client, i.e. taxes, custom fees, tariffs, etc.

Domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail, which includes tracking and an estimated delivery date of 1-3 business days. International orders are shipped via first-class international mail with tracking and an estimated delivery date of 10-14 business days. Some orders can take 4-8 weeks to arrive, depending on where you are located. If your shipping address is anywhere on the African continent, your order will take up to 12 weeks to arrive.

The date of delivery may be delayed due to interruptions in service, or factors outside our control (i.e., natural disasters, weather conditions, customs, pandemics). Use your order tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail to track the order on the carrier’s website.

Note: Your tracking information can take 24-72 hours to reflect on the USPS website. Please be aware that COVID-19 may have an effect on tracking and delivery times.

Tracking Your Package

Once the shipment has been received by USPS, REDSCENT has no power to expedite delivery or track missing, lost, or stolen packages.

All Clients are strongly encouraged to monitor their order using their tracking number.

Tracking numbers are e-mailed using the e-mail address entered during checkout. Please check your e-mail address for accuracy at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect e-mail addresses.

Feel free to enter your tracking number in the website tracking feature to be updated to the status of your order. If there is a problem with the delivery of your package please call USPS directly (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number t o get a more precise date of delivery. We do not reship missing, lost, or stolen shipments and/or orders that have been confirmed to be delivered via USPS tracking.
